Library Board

The Library Board of Trustees consists of six (6) City of Parkersburg resident members appointed by the Mayor with approve of the Parkersburg City Council and one (1) rural Butler County member appointed by the Mayor with approval of the County Board of Supervisors. Appointments are staggered every two (2) years and are served for six (6) years. 

Meetings are currently held every second Monday of the month at 5:00 pm at Kothe Memorial Library located at 309 3rd Street in Parkersburg.  The current agenda is posted at least 24 hours prior to the board meeting on the front entrance door.

All board vacancies are currently filled.
